Hello, my name is Radha Iveta and meditation is my daily practice. For me, it is a way of remembering and returning back home, to myself, to the heart, to what's real underneath the layers.
I been sharing the teachings and the practice of meditation for over a decade, including in the immersive format of silent meditation retreats, courses and private classes.
Meditation is often wrongly perceived as “hard work”- instead, we can see it as an alignment with a natural state of inner quiet that all movement emerges from and dissolves back into. That is what we call the Heart.
