It is a practice of awareness where postures are held long enough for their full effects to unfold, allowing the practitioner to explore the subtle inner flow of energy.

This journey takes you into the present moment and the realm of energy, guided by closed eyes and a sense of surrender.

Hridaya Hatha Yoga offers a unique approach, merging tantric and non-dual perspectives to celebrate the gift of embodiment. It promotes spiritual liberation in the body and through the body, honouring the sacredness of all that exists.
