About the practice:
This class is guided as a process of unfolding awareness.
Hridaya Yoga approaches the practice of Asana as more than a physical posture or exercise - but as a pathway of returning Home, to the core of our Being, which is stillness and bliss.
We practice with our eyes closed and hearts open, becoming the Witness of all that arises and cultivating greater self-awareness.
The postures are held longer which brings a perfect balance between Yin and Yang elements, between effort and relaxation, engagement and ease.
$15 per class, $70 for 5 classes pass or $130 for 10 classes
or just Koha/ dana/ donation if your income is affected by the nationwide state of quarantine

Radha is a devoted Yoga practitioner who has taught internationally for the last 6 years. She is passionate about the ancient holistic wisdom of Yoga in which the practice serves not only the body, but the wellbeing of our entirety - mental, emotional, spiritual and energy level.
