Spring Equinox Cacao and Yoga Circle for Women

Join me for a deeply nourishing evening for women, weaving together the medicine of ceremonial cacao, heart-based yoga, meditation, silence, sound, and genuine connection. A space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive circle of women.

These sessions will be held monthly (with breaks) on a Monday night. Monday is the day of the Moon which aligns beautifully with the intention to connect to our feeling body and our intuitive nature.

We begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a revered plant medicine known to gently awaken the heart, uplift the spirit, and invite clarity. The cacao offered is pure, ethically sourced ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala, served by a practitioner with over twelve years of experience working with this sacred medicine.
