Join this wonderful initiative of many yoga teachers based in Sunny Hawke's Bay!
A whole day of yoga offered for FREE, and a great variety of styles and venues,
Heart Awakening's presence on the day:
8-8.30 am - Morning Meditation at Heartspace, Hastings
4-5.30 pm - Tune In Yoga&Music collaboration with musician Phill Jones at The Wellness Sanctuary, Napier
6- 7.30 pm - Closing ceremony and KIRTAN at The Wellness Sanctuary, Napier
