It’s about experience—allowing the power of mantra chanting and the Yoga of Sound to bring you into inner peace, a state of meditative absorption and an experience of heart-felt joy that springs from within.

Kirtan is the practice of chanting mantras with music and instruments. A mantra is a syllable, word, or phrase repeated during meditation. It can be spoken, chanted, or whispered.The word mantra comes from two Sanskrit roots: man (mind) and tra (tool or vehicle). A mantra, then, is a tool for the mind—a vibrational instrument that carries us into deep states of meditation.

Kirtan is a meditative, devotional practice rooted in ancient chants. It stills the mind and opens the Heart, inviting us into a space beyond thought.
