A soothing therapy where warm, herbalised oil is gently poured into each ear to nourish the nervous system and calm excess Vata. Karna Purana supports the health of the ears, jaw and neck, while easing tension, stress, and mental overload. The warmth of the oil softens accumulated dryness inside the ear canal, helping improve clarity, stillness and overall grounding.
