About The Event

The Yoga and Meditation walk is a unique KOHA-based offering which blends a social walk with a nourishing yoga and meditation practice in the open air. The space created by the 200 Redwood giant trees (the biggest tree specie on the planet), is a most exquisite yoga venue, quiet and shady. Soft matted floor, fresh pine scented air, birdsongs and silence as deep as eternity. "In every walk in with nature one receives far more than he seeks." ~ John Muir

WHEN? Once a month over summer First session will be on Saturday morning 11/12/2021 9-11.30am

WHAT TO EXPECT: We will walk together from the carpark to a beautiful quiet spot in the Redwoods (20mins each way) where we will be guided through a meditative hatha yoga and guided relaxation and meditation session by Radha from Heart Awakening.
