THE ESSENTIAL HEART RETREAT
with Radha Iveta Friday evening 20th May from 7.15-9.30pm ; Saturday 21st May from 1-6.30pm
This is a wonderful invitation to practice with Radha and tune into one’s essence – LOVE. Radha will guide you into meditation, yoga, kriya, metta – devotional practices to access and open the heart. Come and cultivate and nurture love.
Radha teaches in the Hawkes Bay and typically teachers 5-7 day silent retreats in New Zealand. Join Radha who travels from the Hawkes Bay to be in Space
