About The Event
This is a new format of retreat for all who'd like to come and cocoon in with the practice in midwinter.
Refresh your practice with the support of guidance and the community and Return to silence.
- The retreat is designed for people who've completed at least one Heart Awakening silent retreat and are familiar with the practice or have done multiple silent meditation retreats in another tradition -

6th - 10thJuly 2023
6th July, Thursday, is the arrival day, with time for registration, accommodation, dinner and an intro session - arrival to the venue is expected between 4 and 5pm
