About The Event
Join me online each Wednesday night for a 75min gentle, meditative yoga practice for body, mind, and heart
This class offers a peaceful blend of yoga postures, breath awareness and meditation, helping you slow down, reconnect, and feel more present.
Inspired by ancient yogic teachings, we hold the postures for a little longer, allowing the body to open gently and the mind to settle. With eyes closed and breath steady, you’ll be guided to explore how energy moves within — creating a deep sense of calm and connection.
My approach to Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking for a more mindful way to practice, this class invites you to relax, release effort, and experience the beauty of simply being.
