About The Event
Join me for a deeply nourishing evening for women, weaving together the medicine of ceremonial cacao, heart-based yoga, meditation, silence, sound, and genuine connection. A space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive circle of women.
We begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a revered plant medicine known to gently awaken the heart, uplift the spirit, and invite clarity. The cacao offered is pure, ethically sourced ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala, served by a practitioner with over twelve years of experience working with this sacred medicine.
Our practice then unfolds through breath, awareness, gentle movement, and longer-held supported shapes, creating space in both body and mind. Accessible to all levels, the yoga invites us to soften, open subtle energy pathways, and settle into a deeper experience of presence.
Guided meditation, moments of silence, and the simple medicine of being witnessed in community offer an opportunity…
