Let the end of 2018 be a powerful time for you to Rest, Restore, Re-orientate & Rejuvenate. A time to simply let go of the past year and let in the coming year with greater ease, a clearer mind and optimism.

Join Lana & Radha on this retreat, at the beautiful Space Studio, and be guided through many practices – traditional and current, with the wisdom of modern research woven in : Practices, concepts and approaches that support our health & wellbeing and orientate us to living life more fully.

Slowing down with meditation and yoga will allow all that has been whirling within to return to greater stillness, just like the ripples in water, which dissolve when they are no longer being stirred. In practices of stillness and reflection, we notice that we can hear more clearly, understanding what no longer serves us and what is vital and brings us alive.

There will be many opportunities to go into silence and if you wish to be in silence for the majority of the retreat, this too is welcomed.

Regardless of your previous experience, this retreat will offer wonderful opportunities to unplug and reset and rejuvenate.

A glimpse of our daily schedule (though know that you can come to as many or as few of these offerings as you feel is most appropriate for you):

Friday 28th 7pm – Welcoming and meeting everyone and beginning to orientate towards why we’re here and what we will practice together

Sat 29th – Mon 31st

7am-7.30am Meditation

8-9am – Yin Yang Yoga with Mindfulness

9-10am Breakfast time

10-12pm – learning of approaches, concepts & practices that support our health and wellbeing

12-3pm Break (Lunch & Rejuvenation Eg a swim at Oriental Bay or Balaena Bay – a 20 mins walk away; a walk through Mt Victoria bush walks: resting, reading and restoring)

3-5pm –quietly & mindfully imbedding practices

5-7.15pm – Break for evening meal

7.15-8.30pm – Yin & Restorative Yoga with Meditation & Sound healing

31st Dec 10pm to midnight

Simple and Sacred practices of Letting go, letting be, and letting in

Tues 1st January 2019

8-8.45am Meditation

9-10am New years Yin & Yang Yoga with Mindfulness

10-11am Breakfast time

11-12.30pm – Meeting this year with courage, confidence and renewed possibility; Sharing & closing

Your teachers

Radha Iveta is a certified 500h Hridaya Yoga and Meditation teacher, travelling and facilitating events internationally. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, gained while living in a big yoga school in Mexico for over three years, she shares through offering silent mediation retreats, classes, workshops and teacher trainings. Radha currently lives in the Hawkes Bay. She has found ways to integrate her deep love for the Central American native culture by also organising cacao ceremonies and bringing cacao into spiritual context.

Lana Bright is the owner & director of Space Studio. For over 25 years she has been leading and guiding individuals and groups to support them to more easily meet life’s challenges and opportunities and to find greater joy and fulfillment in life. Non residential Early Bird Option: $425 if paid in full before 30th September

Otherwise $475 from 1st October

Residential (semi catered = breakfasts / lunches) Early Bird Options: from $715 – $790 (depending on the accommodation option that you choose)
