About The Event
This is a special offering to warm our hearts in the midsts of winter and to plant an intention for wellbeing under the new moon of July.
Join us and dive into new found aliveness and depth. Shake off the winter sleep and charge your body and soul with joy. Let yourself be guided into a free form movement meditation, fuelled by some good tunes and a cup of ceremonial grade Cacao.
No experience in dance, movement or yoga required - if you have a body, you can move it.
