About The Event
These classes offer a slow, grounded, and attentive approach to Hatha Yoga, supporting the body, breath, mind, and nervous system as a whole.
Each session is a complete yogic practice, weaving together:
mindful movement & longer held postures (āsana)
conscious breath (prāṇāyāma)
guided meditation and inner awareness
deep relaxation (śavasana) accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls
