You're welcome to join me on the mat for a 75min guided experience of dropping into the Heart of Presence through the breath and the body

TUESDAYS 9-10.15am

 & WEDNESDAYS 6-7.15pm at the Yoga Space Hastings


$20 casual class,

In this class you will be guided through a traditional hatha yoga class. It is suitable for all levels and can be a great introduction to yoga if you're new, or a way to commit and deepen your already existing practice.

Hatha yoga is not  a style of yoga - is the general name for any practice of Asana (yoga posture) to balance and harmonise body, mind and heart. This ancient form of practice is the foundation of all the contemporary styles of yoga. In traditional Hatha Yoga, we approach asana on all levels of being - physical, mental, but also mindfullness/ presence and peaceful stillness. The postures and sequences cultivate a perfect balance between Yin and Yang, between effort and relaxation, engagement and ease.


The class is guided as a process of unfolding awareness.  We practice with our attention turned inwards, becoming the witness of all that arises and cultivating greater self-awareness. This mindful attitude nourished not only our yoga on the mat, but all that we do in day-to-day life as well.


Radha is a devoted Yoga practitioner and has been teaching extensively and internationally since 2014 (E-RYT500 - an experienced registered yoga teacher with over 500h qualified training) She is passionate about the ancient holistic wisdom of Yoga in which the practice serves not only the body, but the wellbeing of our entirety - mental, emotional, spiritual and energy level.
