About The Event
Hridaya (Heart) Yoga is a meditative approach to yoga practice, which brings awareness into each and every posture, breath and sensation. In this weekly class we will explore the beauty of our inner world, as we close our eyes and open our hearts.
The postures are held long enough to actually experience them fully and through the process of self-observation we discover all the subtle changes that take place.
The perfect blend of yoga and meditation and a journey into all levels of being - body, mind-emotion and spirit, awareness.
All levels are welcome! Everyone can benefit of this practice, with no regards to gender, age or strength. The practice is gentle yet powerful and forcing the body or the flexibility is not a part of it.
WHEN?: Every Wednesday of winter starting from the 4th July
5.30-6.45pm (Please come early)
WHERE?: Heartspace Yoga, 206 Heretaunga St East, Hastings (upstairs at Aspyre Fitness)
Contribution: $15 per class, $50 4 classes prepaid
As a special treat, everyone coming can use the Finnish sauna at Aspyre or the showers after class.
