About The Event
The KOHA yoga and meditation walk is a unique offering which blends a social walk with a nourishing yoga and meditation practice in the open air. Called "a natural cathedral" by the locals, the space created by the 200 Redwood giant trees (the biggest tree specie on the planet), is a most exquisite yoga venue. Soft matted floor, fresh pine scented air, birdsongs and silence as deep as eternity. "In every walk in with nature one receives far more than he seeks." ~ John Muir
