Hridaya Hatha Yoga in Napier
Time & Location
About The Event
The Tuesday morning class at the Wellness Sanctuary will be back after a short break on the 3rd September!
This morning practice is dedicated to finding Yoga (union) on all levels of being. As the body stretches, we become more mindful and present about the effects each posture has - both at the physical and energy level.
What makes Hridaya hatha yoga unique is that we practice with eyes closed, enabling self-enquiry and acute presence. One leaves the space of practice more centred, relaxed, charged with harmony and stillness.
The dedication to a weekly practice builds up strength and promotes health both for body and mind, and allows us to notice the effects even off the mat and into our day-to-day way interactions, enriching them with a quality of presence and awareness.
