Learn to let go of daily stress
This is a special collaboration of two wellness workers, Erleen Oldham and Radha Iveta, bringing their modalities together to weave an afternoon of self-care and learning
Be guided to reset and release stress held in your body or mind and leave with practical tools to continue using in your day-to-day life - Acupressure points for pain management - Somatic exercises - Nerve glides - Mindfulness, meditation and yoga nidra practices

31st July, Saturday 3.15-6pm at The Yoga Space Hastings, 208 Heretaunga St East (Duration 2.5h + a 15min tea break)
