~ CACAO CEREMONY ~
A cacao ceremony is a safe intentional space of connection with self, with the healing wisdom of nature and with community. Every ceremony is completely unique and different, sometimes quiet and contemplative, sometimes joyful, an authentic journey into one's own Heart, real and raw.
Cacao has been used ceremonially since ancient times to facilitate connection with Self and others. Cacao ceremonies are a coming together to open the heart, explore, express, heal and rejoice. Woven with various complementary practices, the ceremony is a time to express gratitude for the cacao spirit and allow for that spirit to blossom infinite possibilities within you.
The main difference between conventional cacao and ceremonial cacao is the quality of the beans. Ceremonial cacao is made from heirloom varieties and special attention is placed in each step of the process, prioritizing quality over mass production. The result is a very unique product that tastes amazing and is also incredibly nutritious.
The Cacao that will be used is a very special type that a cacao shaman selected carefully for its energetic qualities. It comes from Guatemala, the heartland of the Mayan people who have used it for millennia.
~ TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH ~
Discover breath as a pathway to become a fully realised you, drop in and clear out blocks and debris. Update and revitalise. Center, align and attune.
Transformational Breath is a therapeutic style of breath work. It opens and expands your breathing capacity returning your breath (flow/size/rhythm) to how you were born to breathe. For many different reasons - mostly through imprints from childhood - we have all closed down our breath. We are using only a small percentage of our full breath capacity. We have locked in “stuff” into our physical/emotional/energetic body. This stored “stuff” (stress, fears, trauma, conditioning, and more) is what is causing us not to thrive. It literally stands in our way of being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually whole, vibrant and alive. Let us come together to breathe ourselves and each other fully alive and available to live life fully. To awaken to our full potential.
~WHAT IS REQUIRED? Please wear comfy clothes to make sure can lay down and relax for the practice. Bring a water bottle and drink plenty of water before and after ceremony to avoid dehydration.
Have only a light meal prior or avoid eating altogether for 2 hours prior to the ceremony.

Radha has been working with the medicine of Cacao for 10 years. She encountered the use of plants in ceremonial context while living in Cacao's native lands of Central America. It was love at first sight and her relationship with the spirit of cacao grew as she learned how to prepare the drink from the tree to the cup. After participating in various ceremonies facilitated by shamans, healers and friends in Mexico, Guatemala and Peru, Radha started facilitating ceremonies herself in 2014 in Europe. An experienced space holder being a yoga teacher and a retreat facilitator, she loves sharing her passion for community, authenticity and self-knowledge in combination with the cacao spirit. Radha serves the original and highest grade unprocessed ceremonial cacao from the magical lake Atitlan in Guatemala (Central America), by "chocolate shaman" Keith Wilson.
