~ Beltane ~ In the pagan tradition, Beltane is a celebration that falls midway between the spring equinox and the summer solstice. It honours spring at its peak and the coming summer. Beltane celebrates the new life that will emerge during this seasonal transition. It is a particularly auspicious time to honour the sacred feminine with a goddess ritual, to hold a family abundance rite to celebrate the bond you have with your close ones or to perform a planting ritual to get into the spirit of the season. In a sacred sisterhood circle, we will experience a bit of all that.

~ Cacao ~ Ceremonial Cacao is a powerful plant medicine with highly feminine nature. In ancient times, it was related to a deity, the goddess of fertility, pleasure, sweetness, abundance and joy. Cacao is packed with nutrients supporting women's health such as Iron, Magnesium, antioxidants, protein, flavonoids, essential fatty acids, fibres and more. In brief, Cacao facilitates connection to and healing of the two most powerful centres or wisdom and wellbeing - the HEART and the WOMB.

~ Full Moon ~ Every woman cycles with the moon, and the full moon time is when we can experience our fullness, highest potential and strongest connection to others.

~ Ayurveda and Tantra ~ Interwoven in ritual, play and sharing, Radha will also introduce ideas and practices from the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra related to feminine energy, expression, healing and female sexuality.
