About The Event
Consider the depth that only silence can offer, and come retreat—back into yourself.
Join us for a 9-day silent meditation retreat, including 8 full days of guided practice in noble silence (mauna). The retreat offers a carefully held container of meditation, deep relaxation, and self-exploration, inviting an intimate meeting with the innate silence of our being.
This length of retreat allows time for a full unfolding of the practice. Moving gradually and steadily into stillness, it offers both the depth and continuity needed to integrate meditation more fully, deepen understanding, and stabilise practice beyond technique.
The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators alike.
