A profound opportunity to retreat from the noise of the world and reconnect with your innermost self.
This residential silent retreat offers a deeply nourishing space for meditation, rest, and self-inquiry. We’ll spend three full days in silence, supported by a gentle rhythm of meditation, Hridaya yoga, teachings, and shared stillness. The retreat opens and closes with half-days to arrive, settle, integrate, and return.
Whether you are new to meditation or wish to refresh and deepen an existing practice, this retreat is suitable for all levels of experience.
