Drawing on the legacy of timeless mystical poetry - including readings from the Sufi mystics, Christian mystics, and Hindu mystic traditions - this 21-day journey offers simple, daily practices that guide you gently beyond technique and into the direct experience of Being. The New Year is a symbolic doorway: a tike to reset and realign, to open a clean page. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this 21-day journey will help you cultivate a meditation practice that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit - something you can carry with you into the new year. We will meet each morning at 7am for a live meditation practice. If you can’t join live, a recording will be available for you to tune in later in your own time. Each day, you’ll receive: - A selected poetic inspiration from one of the great mystical lineages, opening a theme for the day - A half-guided, half-silent meditation to settle you into presence - Reflection prompts to deepen awareness and insight No expectations.
