Our voice is a powerful healing tool and we all have this beautiful instrument. Whether you use that actively or not, we are still 'voicing' something in the world with our mere presence. We are all vibrational beings, what vibe are you sending and receiving in your world?

VOCAL TONING Yee Ley will guide the group through simple vocal explorations that will assist with unlocking the healing power of your voice. Together with the support of the Cacao, we can co-create sound-scapes that are required to be voiced in that moment. This taster session opens us up to what wants to emerge through our voice with ease.

SONG CIRCLE Based on ancient chants, medicine songs are simple repetitive tunes that have the ability to quiet the mind and bring us into the Heart, a space of no-thought and beyond reason. You can think of it as a sing-along. A single chant can go on for up to ten minutes. As you sing with each other you experience a deep connection with the musicians, the other audience members and yourself. And when the music stops, your mind is quiet. Most of the songs will be in English as well as Sanskrit mantras.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Literally everyone, as the practice of sounding and medicine songs doesn't require a specific belief system or lifestyle, everybody's welcome - any age, culture, gender

WHY CACAO? It is proven that in ceremonial doses, raw high quality ceremonial cacao is a powerful heart opener that paves the way to transformation through self-love.
